When SER automatically throws a link into the article?

it makes in one sentence that it uses, in the article body, two links one with an anchor text and another with the url. Is this for a specific reason where one might show up and the other one not.

    Asked before and answered before. Have a look into auto_anchor-article.dat file.

    i looked at but there a reason for this? like the link not showing up in the article without both variations.

    I don't know what you mean. Some engines simply turn plain URLs automatically into links, others don't. So sometimes you see two links, sometimes not.
