How do solve Captcha Manually By Hand in GSA SER
I only run GSA SER in short bursts and am happy to solve captchas manually by hand. However, I can't seem to get it working.
In the "Options" menu, if I make sure that there are no captcha services at all in the list box and that the checkbox "Finally ask user if everything else fails" is ticked, during the running of GSA I will get a message "captcha input cancelled" and that's it, no option to do it manually.
If I edit the Project, go into options and select "ask 1st service to fill captchas", I will get a message "captcha service is not responding".
Therefore, my question is, how do I set up GSA SER so that it asks me to solve all captchas by hand and not skip websites that has captchas?

But it seems that GSA still automatically skip a lot of sites with automatic cancellation of captcha:

I have updated my GSA SER to latest version 6.57 but doesn't seem to make any difference.
