Import Web 2 account data

Hi , i export account data from web2 project , now i want import it on another web 2 project for use my web 2 accounts , but i dont know how to do it , i tested it on running web 2 project , only a txt file and after import only download faild !!!

Please guide me , thank ypu

edit project->tools->import->account data->from other project-> select project and say yes to also import them as target urls.
