Need a way to move category levels up and down a level with up/down buttons.
Else, we have to retype the whole list in again and in the order we desire. This is Important if one uses masks - it allows us to give priority of one category over another when you do your regular expression matching.
As it stands, the next item added to a level goes at the end. I need a way to move it, say, in the middle or to be the first item in the level.
