Bad URL Format when importing verified links with HTTPS URLs

1) Show URLs => Verified

2) Import verified URLs => From Clipboard

3) If you import a URL with "https://", GSA will add it as "http://https://domain.com/"

Actually this bug seems to happen with regular "http://" also

I am only importing one URL into the verified URLs list.
