New Project "Already Parsed"

I just started a new project 
Deleted target url history
Imported brand new list I scraped

I am getting a lot of already parsed

How could this be if these urls have never been used on this project before?

    Maybe the domain was parsed...some engines tag the whole domain as parsed (e.g. forum engines).

    These are blog comments and I have it set so it post to multiple pages per domain.

    Did you copy the project from another? Try deleting the url history.

    When I duplicate a project, I delete all history including created account data and I never get those messages.

    Delete URL Cache
    Delete URL History
    Delete created account data.

    Read the pop-ups when deleting, and always select yes.

    This was a brand new project, not duplicated in any way.
