WAC for First Tier?

As what the subject says, I know there have been plenty of threads about this, and I have a read it somewhere that WAC is not that good for Tier 1, but ie If I really wanted to use WAC's articles as T1, what should I do to increase it's readability?

    i jsut bought it myself and used it on a new site for tier 1s and the site hasnt rnaked at all so that sint too promising!

    Cant say for sure it was that but im thiking it quite likely might be since thats the only thing i used different than usual.
