Captcha service is not responding

Hi,

I get a lot of this msg: captcha service is not responding. Although when I test CB from GSA with the Test button says"Comunication ok"

Please let me know what could be.

    That means your balance is not enough or there is something wrong with comunication when GSA try to use it(not always,just sometimes)

    No, it also means that CB didn't deliver a proper answer (empty reply as it can not solve it).
