Keyword per URL

I have 100 urls and 100 keywords which I need to use per URL, i. e. first keyword for first url, second keyword for second url, etc. 

How can I create project in GSA for this issue?

    with keywords you mean anchor texts? If so, click Add next to the URL input field and choose the appropriate menu (URL + anchor text).
