Use URL's from Global sitelist

I'm watching old turtorial videos and it has the option to use URL's from site list.   If I import a bunch of new target lists, it looks like there isn't that option anymore.  So does it just automatically post to the URL's that I imported for every project?  So if I want the project to post to the imported URL's and to search for news ones I can just leave it how it is?

    right click on project->import target urls. Than these are proceed first. Later search engines if that list is done.
