Low verifications on tier 2's - Need advise?

So recently my verifications have dropped way down to 5% or below. This is mainly happening on my tier 2 projects as my tier one projects seem to be fine. Today for instance on my tier 2's I got 660 verifications on over 21,000 submission. I've went through and cleaned up all the engines that arent producing links. Below are my current tier 2 settings. Just wondering if anyone can give me some advise on areas I can troubleshoot inorder to get my verifications back up. Currently on my tier 1's i'm getting around a 15 to 20% verification rate, so i'm thinking my problem must be in my tier 2 settings. Any input is greatly appreciated!

    I'm having a similar thing and wondering if its not picking up the submission somehow. DO you also use %link%?

    I'm seeing 10 000 submissions and 200 verifieds despite using custom content. It seems to only be on the lower tier projects where I've used more than 1 parent project. (i.e. you can use links from more than one parent project)
