Is it worth using foreign language sites at all?

I find they birng alot fo hasstle for what result i dont know.

~The fields are a pain to fill in and in the results i dont see any of foreign languages anyhow.

So do ppl use these or not and are tehre really that many links they create if if you do check them?

    There are certain sites which are in different languages, polish, german, is it worth using them vs only using english sites? i dont see how its hard to understand?

    I have a site with global conntent
    mostly en, but also de, fr, es, bg, ru, ...

    my site stats show visitors from 200+ countries/m worldwide (with my full site site until may 2012 I had 220+ countries per month)

    hence IMO YES it is worth to submit to any site anywhere inn the world
    a site owner may still have the option to ban your content for being english

    but keep in mind the far more than a billion ppl OUTSIDE US speak english quiet fluently ad many may search in SE in english to get global content rather than national content
