Urgent - License question

I have poweruphosting now and I'm switching to berman and I bought SER and CB off someone for 10% off because they didn't need it but I cleared my PMs and the dude formatted his PC but it still is licensed on my poweruphosting VPS. Can I just zip the files of SER and CB and unpack on my new VPS and the licenses will work? Thanks

    No. You always have to enter your license again on a new installation.
