How Do I Download a Captcha?

Hi guys, i have a problem downloading captchas from certain websites and the only way to get them is from the unknown cache. This isn't really an option to get a huge selection to work from for web 2.0.

Are there any tutorials on how to download them. I have looked on this site and read everything but cannot see anything.
