Skip sites with PR below 1 (PR of Page)

If I skip sites with PR below 1 and use "PR of Page", what kind of links can I expect to get? Mainly blog comments right?

    Yes as sites with profile links (where you have your own site) will have an unknown PR.

    Sven, not just profile links have unknown PR right. But most of the other services other than blog comments (except for maybe guestbooks, images in some cases) all are created in mainly unknown PR right? (I'm assuming a new page is an unknown PR)

    Yes every engine that would get your URL listed on a new subpage/subdomain.
