Low verifieds?

I'm starting to get more submissions and higher LPM, but my verifieds are staying the same?
I turned off my retry option to avoid getting blocked, could that be the problem?

    hi, why retry would have your account blocked?  low verifieds depends on platform, setting and more thing.

    Check if your email is blacklisted in email tab. My campaign had low verified because I was spamming and my email was blacklisted.
