Are GSA and Xrumer dead?

I keep working on web2.0/network tool so I have not check forum for 2-3 months. now I have see a lot of such words on the internet. 
It seem Google make big changed. here are all gsa users, your feedback would be great to confirm that.
If so, what is your tactics now? someone said tiered link is only way to success.

    GSA is still an active company as they're developing products. Ser as one of their products is also working in my vps.. so they are not dead. What people mean with horror stories online is that you have to use it correctly and wisely.

    well what i can confirm is that the platforms are getting less (shut down or hard captchas etc.) because there are a lot of SER users spamming them.

    i think it's smart to combine SER with another service that builds some quality links. im not doing it yet, but I'm proactively looking for the right service.

    i know its possible to build quality links with SER, but it's like cutting a small branch with a chainsaw - it's simply not the right tool. SER is for the heavy duty tasks imho.

    SEO is not dead, you just gotta act smarter ;)

    what is your story recently about spam? can you share that?

    Startrip so you still get ranked with gsa like before? just a bit less performance or result?

    @awint this is getting a bit ugly.

    The program works as before. Just because you try to get your foot into this business with coding your own seo tool is not giving you the right to bash here on this forum. Im close to ban you. I could have done this before because of your self promotion for your "upcoming" software you try to get done. This is still a forum for GSA products, nothing else. Im usually relaxed when people mention other products or even do reviews if they are honest, but you come here asking if GSA is dead for no reason as you also said you didn't check the forum. So do it first and than you can still ask such a "question" if you still think it's a reasonable question.

    Also asking things like that doesn't show a good light on your SEO knowlage and the tool you prepare nor does it show a good ethical behavior of yours. And you defiantly don't want to become the new Mikey-type-of-guy with all his sneaky "promotions".

    I have no any thought to do 'guly' thing, to attack your tool or make some bad ethical behaveior like you said.
    If you think the word 'dead' is not good. I apology, but I just take the word from other seo.
    Take it easy and make yourself more confident.  When we seos said dead, there are some humor in it. we actually hope  they are NOT dead , we all are spammer we just nervous for what Google do.

    And again, it is have NOTHING to do with promotion. I no need such way to promote. It just waste time, result is very less and the worse, like you said, it just show bad thing to me. you can easily ban me. Do you think I am a stupid? If I promote, I prefer to contribute more to forum to get reputed like before.

    BTW, I not accept your reply as accepted answer. Is it some humor or some website error? 
    edit, there are seem language thing in it too. it seem dead mean NO more support on it. It is not what I mean.

    And, Sven I more like to make a friend with you not just competitor. You already make much money and gsa is one time fee tool, your customers are being delivered much more than what they paid. I hope gsa still get more and more sales. Good luck with you.

    As @yougotmymoney implied, the entire formula that google has which counts each link as a vote would have to be completely discarded - and that isn't going to happen. So that means linkjuice will always count, and nothing can create more linkjuice than XR and SER.

    What has changed (and keeps changing) is which direct links to the moneysite work and don't work. The other thing that has changed is how long a site can stay at the top - and now it is almost without exception one year max. You simply have to replace more sites more frequently. The game still works.

    I would say most affiliate marketers have packed their bat and ball and gone home. So of course there will be a lot of gloom and doom stories.

    Lastly, I don't see the point of even bring this kind of crap up. Every day there are posts of gloom and doom. Today is no different.

    Well, of course those "7-figure" SEOs say that everything and their mother is dead and you're better off stacking tampons at Aldi. Everyone that is solely relying on SEO for their income doesn't want any competition .. ever! Even if it's the newest newbie of them all - they won't tell you shit.

    Furthermore, I really hate the word 'spam' - for me 'spam' belongs to mailing and mailing only. I think every link has some sort value, even the shittiest link on a 100 OBL porn page. Fuck it - if you have a good strategy in place and know how to achieve a highly automated process, then use every link you can get.

    And high quantity link creation or "spamming" still has its place, especially for short-term (<1 year) websites. We don't scrape 24/7 on our servers and then not use the links - that'd be quite irrational. Automation is fucking awesome - combine it with a good stack of manual work and a solid strategy and you will rank your sites - that is for SEO only!

    If you really want to build a business or a company around ONE specific website, then find other way to generate traffic (social, forums, media buys, ppc, mailing etc.) and only utilize SEO as an ADDITONAL traffic source in your marketing toolbox.

    I double checked gsa xrumer not dead, just some tactics is penalized.

    Xrumer and GSA i own Both and using both , to my personal exp if any newbie use Xrumer => they will burn them it needs lots of exp/learning curve as well to be frank , 

    okay if any newbie use GSA Ser => results might be good but not very very good bcoz still u need some learning curve and exp to use it perfectly without understanding of seo its impossible to utilize them
