What is the meaning of OBL?

Hi all,

I am currently running a campaign for youtube video and having low LPM. I have read so many threads and most recurring tip has always been the OBL and the PR filters. Firstly, what is the meaning of this OBL and are there other tips to increase the LPM for youtube videos?

    OBL = OutBound Links. I think the consensus here is if you want LOTS of links, don't turn that on. You probably only want to use it for blog comments.
