When the project starts is the identified list randomized?

or how is it decided what the first attempt will be?

and if the project already attempted certain urls, will those be ignored if encountered again?

    1) If you have identified list selected and project starts it will load a random number into the project when the current batch is completed.
    2) I would guess so, unless you reset history or cache.
