Do you design T1 pages with users in mind so possible T1 visitors will find your money site link?

When you are designing your T1 pages/sites, do you design them with visitors in mind, or are they only for backlinks (i.e. hide your money site link in some anchor text in an article)?

By visitors in mind, I mean, do you want any possible T1 visitors to be able to find your money site link easily, and thus visit your money site from your T1 site?

    Well, if you're building them manually, it's a choice. Most people here does it automatic, so there's no choice of designing there except if you add some image banner or so linking to your site.
