How to add new proxy by URL to avoid "no proxy found check settings"

In the efforts to manually search for high quality anonymous proxies from sites with multiple-daily updates
I ran across some sites that result in "no proxy found check settings" despite the fact that a browser check of same URL shows a large list / table of filtered proxies

on other sites apparently no problem to parse and extract successfully6 new proxies

If you have a look on the source of the sites, you will notice that they hide the content by javascript from parsers. Nothing you can do about it.
