Got a new computer. How do I properly transfer over my SER data to the new computer?

I picked up a new laptop computer, and I want to transfer my SER data over to it. How do I do it properly so it'll start correctly on the new computer where I left off on my old computer?

    1. right click on the project liszting->modify->backup all
    2. click on options->backup (label on lower / left)
