Projects in "Use verified URLs of" checkbox displayed like projects window

Meaning when you are creating a lower tier and linking to another project, the window that pops up would display the data in their groups just like the project panel instead of every single project.

Sorry but that might confuse people and it would not be possible to use the tier project for many main projects.
