Each url has its own anchor is anything else used?

so if have it like this

IN the url box on the data tab in SER

url1.com#{anchor|ahncor2}

url1.com/about.html#{anchor|ahncor2}

it seems If I choose to use generic text 30% and check the box, it is still not used. at all from looking at my ahrefs analyisis of my site.

Is it suppose to be used if there are already anchors near the urls?

OK thats limits the generic anchor text usage a bit as e.g. referrer will not leave you an option to choose the anchor text. Same for most guestbooks. You can turn the option on to place a link in description which will than use the anchor text.
