Articles not being submitted to proper category

Most of my articles are not being submitted into the categories I have made within GSA SER, why is this??

For I have taken the standard categories for many directories online and used the exact same naming and structure.

For example: most directories (articles and the like) use the category
Health - Nutrition. However, my articles from those projects hardly ever
make into that category within the directories. I have checked many of
them and the category has existing, still it doesn't place it there.

Please advise.

Can you make a screenshot of the categories + give me the URL where your site was added in wrong category? Else I can't say why this happened. For me it is always sorting in correctly.
