No, but if you use google as search engine only to locate targets, you can be sure that the found target site is known by google.

To add something obvious to what @sven said, remember that when you create new properties like articles, wikis, bookmarks, etc., they are all brand new and unindexed. Comments are the primary method to find indexed pages.
