Slowing down?

I'm running GSA SER+GSA CB on my $60~ month VPS and it was getting hundreds of links every 10 or so minutes, now it's slowing down to only 1 or 2 per 10 minutes. I've changed nothing and I'm at around 6000~ links for project 1, 1580~ for project 2 and project 3 has 5900~ and they're all going at the same rate. Thanks for your time ^^
