How long should "Micro Message" be?

What should be used for Micro Message that is used for Blogtronix, meemi.com and so forth? And how long should it be?

    Just put the %url% in it ... maybe "%url% - %anchor_text% but I wouldn't add more.

    can i only add branded anchor only "as my links is long and i am using wix free website account"

    i do not know if it should be like this or it need to have a different voice i am only using the anchor text not a a url is that ok ?
