loading urls from sitelist in a loop

don't know if this is a bug or not, but looks like...

I have a project that submits only to microblog platforms...

firstly... it constantly spammed url https://login.launchpad.net/ - i got dozens of submissions there so I had to add to JISKO engine file "url must have=!login.launchpad.net"

after this, problem still persists but in other form because gsa is loading in a loop bunch of 30-40 targets... all the same, all the time

It happens when I have selected in project options "use submitted global sitelist"

is it normal to download the same list all the time?

please paste some log lines, I can not follow you. Has https://login.launchpad.net/ been detected as a jisko engine?

yup, https://login.launchpad.net/ was detected as Jisko

I don't know or see how this could be identified as that engine...nothing matches from my end.

but this loop is irritating...
