OBL + avoid posting on same domain twice

How GSA will behave if...

1. skip target with OBL>500 and avoid posting on same domain twice

2. imported to project huge list of blog urls for comments

Let's assume...

1. gsa takes first url from specific domain:

2. OBL>500 - skips submission

3. gsa takes second url from the same domain...

4. OBL<500 - skips because domain already parsed or will submit because didn't submit while processing first url?
