Download failed after buying 2nd Licence

I hope someone can help...
I just bought a 2nd licence but i noticed that the number was the same as my 1st licence but i installed it on a VPS anyway..
I set everything up, added some links, clicked start and all i got was "download failed"...

has this got anything to do with my licence number or is it a fault?
