You can add to the program option?
which will check the html code (<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=****">)
if the site supports UTF-8, then place the message in any language.
if the site does not support UTF-8, then place a special message from the (new) field of project or only in English

    The program tries to convert your entered content to not only utf8 but to any charset used. Of course some charset types do not allow some chars and than it is not choosing correctly but thats all we can do here.
