Automatically Inserting Link

Is there a way to make the link that gets inserted just be inserted without additional text?

Right now it does:

I just want it to drop the link.  All of that extra text is a footprint that I would like to avoid.  Click here to see how profound the footprints are.

    Excellent.  I see this:
    <content from file... REMOVED by admin> <a href="%url%">%anchor_text%</a>

    Can I just change it to: <a href="%url%">%anchor_text%</a>

    Yes but it would not be that good readable. It's your choice though.
