Which backlinks choose with a duplicate content got from a CDN?

Hello,

I use CDN77.com for a 4 months old new site. No backlink yet.

CDN77 speeds my site up while being very easy to use because there is nothing to load on the CDN77's servers, everything is done automatically.

However, ALL my site is duplicated because CDN77 duplicates everything from my site to CDN77's servers... Even HTML pages!

In fact, I have 2 websites now!

A - Domain.com
B - CDN.Domain.com

The duplicate content pages hosted on the CDN are ALWAYS better ranked than the "official" pages of the main site itself.

SERP Example:

1 - CDN.Domain.com
....
52 - Domain.com

~~~~~
What should I do?
1 - Remain as is currently and do my backlinks on Domain.com?
2 - Remain as is currently and do my backlinks on CDN.Domain.com?
3 - Remain as is currently and do my backlinks 50% on CDN.Domain.com and 50% on Domain.com?
4 - Add a <link rel="canonical" href="http://Domain.com"> tag link in the <head> and/or follow the advice of the FAQ of CDN77 to fix duplicate content, and do my backlinks on Domain.com?
5 - Add a <link rel="canonical" href="http://Domain.com"> tag link in the <head> and/or follow the advice of the FAQ of CDN77 to fix duplicate content, and do my backlinks on CDN.Domain.com?
6 - Add a <link rel="canonical" href="http://Domain.com"> tag link in the <head> and/or follow the advice of the FAQ of CDN77 to fix duplicate content, and do my backlinks 50% on CDN.Domain.com and 50% on Domain.com?
7 - Another idea?
Thank you!
    You need to add robots.txt disallow to the CDN. Most CDN's offer this in their settings pages. I suggest contacting the CDN company support.
    Thank you Spunko2010,
    Of course, there is a solution to fix duplicate content in the FAQ of CDN77:
    http://www.cdn77.com/faq
    However, BEFORE I make a so absolute resolution, I wonder if I can take advantage of the situation, because apparently the CDN offers power that surprise me:
    Some of my product pages hosted on CDN77 rank ABOVE reference sites like eBay, Amazon or Wikipedia.
    CDN.Domain.com/Product.html
    While the same pages on my main site, rank VERY VERY far behind.
    Yes, that happens for new sites. Just block the CDN and wait a few days. And setup in google webmaster tools your 'preferred' domain, i.e. www.yourdomain.com
    After a few days google will update, remove the CDN duplicates.
    Or you can leave it, and use the CDN only, but it will look cr*p in Google's SERPS. And you risk duplicate penalty massively!
    It might be that the CDN URLs are ranking higher because they are using the CDN so load quicker. If you merge them together, you will get the benefit of the CDN.
  • Thank you spunko2010 for your clear answer.
    I will follow your advices.
    Why not using the cdn domain then ? Block your main website and with robots.txt and take advantage of cdn's power!
    So...
  • Spunko2010,
    I come one month later to update your advice of July 8.
    You're absolutely right.
    My SERPs with CDN disappeared and were replaced by the URLs of my main site.
    So all my rankings are the same.
    Thank you for your very nice advice Spunko2010.
