How to delete target URLs?

I'm interested now in scraping the URLs on Scrapebox. I know that we can import target URLs by right clicking, but what if in the future I would want SER to search/scrape again and post to it? Should I click "delete target URL cache" in modify select option?

And I assume importing target URLs would only post to those sites and SER would not scrape for that project, correct?

You're correct. 

Delete target URL cache = deletes the list of URLS imported in that project

Delete target URL history = deletes the history of where SER has already posted for that project

If you only want SER to use the imported URLS and not scrape you would need to uncheck the search engines (right click > check none) so it only runs through the imported list. Also, make sure global site lists options are unchecked or it might use those too.
