Submitted Sites Going Backwards

Hello,

1. I've been noticing the my submitted sites numbers are going in reverse, instead of adding to the site count.

2. The submitted sites, never seem to be shown as verified, even after several days have passed.

3. No matter what I do to try to add my email when prompted under the options tab, I continue to get an error message saying my email is invalid.

Can anyone help?
