.exe file popping up causing CB to crash

I only see this trying to open in the task manager so I'm not sure what it is. When I close it, it closes CB then I restart it and it works like everything is fine. Until then, it locks up CB.

I'll try for a screen shot next time but wondered if anybody else is seeing this.

ok this is happening to me multiple times per day causing GSA to come to a grinding halt. CB is locked up and the .exe file for CB is trying to execute.
