Feature Request: Only post to indexed domains?

I'm not sure if this topic has been created already, but I couldn't find anything matching with the search.
Would it be possible to add a feature like "Only post to indexed domains" - meaning, that the tool will check if the target domain is indexed and will only proceed to post to it, if it finds an indexed site in Google, i.e. via parameter "site:domain.com" ?
We frequently check our lists for de-indexed domains, and it takes substantial resources - so an on-the-fly solutions would be awesome.
