Generate content with call API in serengine script

I have my own service of masterspin generation. I called it via POST request  (http://mysite.com/generateMS) with one parameter containing text  to spin.
In result, I have masterspin text.

Is it possible with SERengine to call this URL / API and use masterspin back to generate the content for publication?

Wouldn't the use of #file=<url> be effective ? From what i understand you want to pick the content from an url right ? If so i think #file=<file or url> should be working
