How can I get PR 6 like atlantic.net?

Hello, I have created a web hosting website few months ago. I have done some seo (forum posting, blog posting, etc) and my website is now PR 2 with alexa rank 800000+ 

Recently I have visited atlantic.net and saw their page rank is 6 and alexa rank is under 100000, so I am wondering what is needed to rank my web hosting site to PR 6 with alexa rank under 100K? 

Any suggestion or help is really appreciated. I only prefer white hat seo technique. No black hat please.
