Best Way To Mix Up Anchor Text Keywords ?

When including my anchor text phrases with the URL, can someone tell me the best way (phrases) to use to give me a good diversity of links instead of using just my anchor texts (i.e. click here, generic anchor text) ?

For example:

{anchor1|anchor2|click here|find good info at this link|www.mymainurl.com}

I'm looking for the best diversity mix attached to the money URL that people are using.
