PR Not Accurate on GSA?

Has anyone noticed when you check the root domain that GSA say it's PR 2 or 3, but in fact it's a PR 0?

I've seen quite many that are like that and wondering if others are getting the same?

What could be the cause of this?

    Just one advice, stop asking the same question in pm and on a new thread. This is just more work for me, keeping me away from adding new features.
