Issues verifying my emails

I have my email information set up, but every time I try to verify any of them, it always tells me they are invalid.  Why would this be, and how do I fix it?  I have the correct pop3server information, correct port, and pw, plus ssl checked.

What exactly do you mean with invalid? Please give the exact error message or screenshot.

Did you tried without use proxies ?
