Google search delay + Number of proxies

If I have 10 private and 40 semi private proxies, would it be safe to put the search delay time at 10s? I am planning to have around 10 projects live (i.e. 10 tiers) at one time, and have 10 random Google URLs selected for each project/tier.... IS this okay? Or should I increase the delay time further?
