Say I have 50 Tier 1 sites in a project and I want to build exactly 5 links to each of them per day, should I uncheck "Use a random URL from above on every submission (else in sequence)" so that it just goes through the list? I want it to evenly build links, because right now some sites are getting almost double the others...

    Exactly 5 Links is not working as you don't know if that submission goes through or not. So you will always have more links for one URL than the other. Enabling that option however sounds more useful than picking a random one in your case.
