Removing weird/random or even other language anchor text

I have seen on my sites, and others that use GSA they often have Chinese, Russian, or German anchor text.  I have also seen last night another, and I need to keep "cat vomiting is usually normal" from being an anchor text.  I do not have generic anchor text checked, so I am wondering how I would get anchor text like this, or in another language?

How do I remove this and keep my sites from having easily identifiable anchor text?\

    check what engine it is and disable it. Usually trackbacks.

    I also have all trackbacks disabled as other people in my group have had their sites destroyed in rankings from them.  Thank you for the suggestion though.

    Yes, I was able to identify a few engines, and am disabling them in my different campaigns.  Thank you for this.  Sorry I marked the answer as not correct as I did that with the trackback thing too quickly.  

    I have identified a few different social networks, guestbooks and social networks that are the cause of my problems.
