Register/Verify accounts now and post content later

Hello,

 

I would like to ask if GSA is capable to just register and verify accounts and later (in a time configurable by us, ie 10 days) to post the content to the platforms into which it created earlier accounts.

In this way a very large quantity of our posts that are removed by the 3^rd party administrators will stick because they will pass unnoticed.
