Too Many Submissions

I always set my projects to "Pause Project After X Number of Submissions Reached In A Day Per URL" and it never stops on the right number. Is there a way to fix this? For ex: right now I have 3 Tier 1 links (testing) and set Tier 2 to 10 submissions per url and it's up to 50. Is there any fix to this?

    There are 2 types of submissions: account creations and placed URLs.  In the project column at the top you'll see a high number of submissions, but SER doesn't count the submission until it's identified that your URL has been placed.  Make sure your Options settings (in the individual project) are set for Verify Automatically.  SER will only turn your projects off when it recognizes actual URL placements, not just account creations.
