Scheduler not working for me

I have 8 multi-tiered projects, each tier is 4 layers for total of 32 projects.

I am having the scheduler cycle through 15 at a time every 20 minutes. It is always going through all 32 projects, every project every tier, now GSA crashes all the time.

What is a project? Is it counting each tier (4 layers) as 1 project or is this a bug?

    I can not confirm this really. It is running just the set amount for me. Tiers are not counting as one project.
