The serengines does not work anymore

As I sent you on the ticket list i've been opened on serengines.com, after the last gsa search engine ranker update, the extra serengines are not working anymore and they totally disappear from the project. I tried to install on different computers and different operating systems and I got the same result: "Sorry, unable to get updates. Check your API key." Also I reinstalled the GSA Search Engine Ranker with no success. It is obvious that I checked 20 times the api key so I asking you what is happening.
